A psychiatrist once told me, "Your traumatic experience trumps my doctorate every time!"

I Know What It Feels Like to Stand at a Crossroads

Mid-life has a way of asking questions you didn't know you needed to answer. For me, that reckoning came in my late forties — a moment when the life I had built no longer felt like the life I was meant to live. It was disorienting, humbling, and ultimately, the most important turning point I've ever experienced.

I have walked through significant trauma. I have sat with grief that felt bottomless. I have been on the receiving end of narcissistic abuse — and I know the particular confusion, self-doubt, and exhaustion that comes with it. These are not things I studied from a distance. They are things I have lived.

That lived experience, alongside my formal education and training, is what I bring into every session. When I sit with you, I'm not working from theory alone. I understand the weight of what you're carrying — because I've carried versions of it myself.

How I Work

My approach is grounded in deep listening, honest reflection, and a genuine belief that you already hold the answers — sometimes you just need the right space to hear them. I don't offer scripts or formulas. I offer presence, curiosity, and a steady hand through the uncertainty.

I work with people navigating trauma recovery, grief, narcissistic abuse recovery, and the broader landscape of mid-life reinvention. My approach is informed by both formal training and firsthand experience — I've been through each of these myself. That combination means I can meet you with both knowledge and genuine understanding. Each person's path is entirely their own, and I take that seriously.

What I Believe

You are not broken

Mid-life difficulty is not a sign that something has gone wrong. It is often a sign that something important is trying to emerge.

Change is possible at any age

The research is clear and my experience confirms it — meaningful transformation is available to anyone willing to do the work, at any stage of life.

Courage over comfort

Growth rarely happens inside the familiar. I'll gently challenge you to move toward what matters, even when it feels uncertain.
